At Sweet Flamez Boutique, each product is handcrafted with care. Due to the nature of our body care, candle, and personal-use products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly review the issue and work toward a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
Refunds are not issued for shipping delays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or carrier-related issues once an order has been shipped.
